To excel in this role at Four Winds Manor, Inc., candidates must possess a compassionate and nurturing nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist residents with daily tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a Wisconsin Recognized Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or eligibility for a Wisconsin license. Preferably, candidates will have prior C.N.A. experience.
Experience, particularly with older adults, dementia care, and rehabilitation residents. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, coupled with strong attention to detail and a dedication to upholding residents' rights and dignity, is essential. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Certificate/License: must have completed a Wisconsin Recognized Certified Nursing Assistant course and hold or be eligible for a valid Wisconsin license.
Work Experience: Prefer C.N.A. experience with older adults
