Profile - Senior Executive - Dot Net

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to design scalable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions.

Ensure that the architecture meets performance, security, and scalability requirements.

Lead the development efforts across the stack, including both backend (.NET) and frontend (Next.js) development.

Write high-quality, maintainable code, and review code contributed by team members.

Work closely with project managers to plan and prioritize development tasks.

Estimate work efforts and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as QA, UI/UX, and DevOps, to ensure smooth project delivery.

Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.

Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure the reliability and stability of the software.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Document technical designs, architecture decisions, and project-related information.

Maintain documentation up-to-date and ensure it's accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline the deployment process and ensure smooth operations of the software in production.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.

Implement security best practices to protect the integrity and confidentiality of data.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.

Set technical direction and standards for the project in alignment with organizational goals.

Competency Requirement:

Looking for atleast 5 years of experience as Sr .NET Developer Experience

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline

Require 5+ years of Software Development experience; 2+ years of experience in building and leading strong engineering teams

Should be able to mentor Jr. Developers

Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework. Experience on Azure cloud native apps and .Net core is preferred.

Proven Skills with C#, SQL, JavaScript/DHTML, HTML-CSS, AJAX, jQuery, Web Services, etc.

Must be proficient in JavaScript, SOAP- or REST-based web services, XML and JSON technologies

Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.

Experience with CI and CD. Experience with iterative design and development methodology. Proficient with GIT workflows.
