Documentum Developer

Purpose of the position:

Monitoring the entire infrastructure of the various Documentum environments. Troubleshooting of simple and known errors during operation.

1st level support for all Documentum environments.

Ticket recording, routing and processing depending on severity.

Maintenance support for all deployed software.

Supplementing and developing new HowTos and documentation in the area of Documentum server support as well as in the area of user support

Responsibility & Skills

Graduates with 3 to 10 yrs. of experience in Documentum environments.

Documentum Client Technologies: D2, (D2- LSQM)

Documentum Tools: D2 Config, DA, fme DQman, fme Migration Center

Documentum Server: Content, Application, Index, Transformation, Java Method Server

Microsoft Windows Server

cmd / PowerShell / Notepad ++

Apache HTTP Server / Apache Tomcat

Oracle Database

Java Runtime Environment

Microsoft Server Management Tools

Microsoft Office Suite, Service Now
