JOB DESCRIPTION:

SKILL SET : ITIL Incident management(Telecom Domain)-Technology Support

QUALIFICATION: BE/B.TECH Graduates only

IMPORTANT NOTE :: For all the skillsets (2+ Years) of project experience is mandatory

(Excluding Bench & Training & Internships).

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

ITIL Support with exp in telecom domain. Understanding of project life cycle

Knowledge of project management, release management

Knowledge of change management, risk management

Should be excellent in client stakeholder management.

Should be able to work in a multi-party, multi-vendor environment.

POINTERS TO NOTE:

Please carry 2 set of updated CV(Hard Copy).

Please carry Face Mask**.

Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).

Please do not carry laptops/cameras to the venue as these will not be allowed due to security restrictions.
