Qualification: B.E Mechanical / Electrical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Instrumentation

Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience

Job role: We are looking for Industrial Engineering professionals for our IE department. We are looking for young engineers to handle the Jigs and Fixtures design & Manufacturing activities and other facility planning activities.

Job description

Purpose of the Role

Responsible for Design & development of NPD within target cost.

Responsible for improving design features to enhance the machine performance in std m/cs

Responsible for effectively coordinating with the product teams in TOC for completion of New projects as per stipulated time lines

Responsible for release of BOM for special execution projects on time and solving warranty complaints within 1 month

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Co-ordinate with R&D head to plan and proceed NPD & Regular HMC Machines as per time schedule.

Perform cost comparison analysis

Preparing testing and validation procedure for HMC Machines

Visit customer place to understand customer requirements

Co-ordinate and monitor TQM activities in R&D dept.

Preparing project information including machine specification, standard & optional accessories, target cost, schedule and failure mode for all HMC Machines in co-ordination with R&D Team leader.

Conduct daily flow meetings in TOC for prioritization of daily tasks

Prepare Project charter for NPD HMC Machines in co-ordinate with Steering committee.

Resolve the issues arising during manufacturing/procurement and assembly phase of NPD execution in co-ordination with CFT

Co-ordinate with QA,R&D,AE and CSD for completion of machine validation as per plan

Discuss with functional heads regarding resource allocation for new product execution.

Exposure Preference: 12+ Years of experience in a relevant Machine Tool Machinery Development, R&D and Product Development, Project Management role
