Opening for Branch Manager! (female candidates only)
Locations: Mumbai, Jaipur, Surat, Pune & Indore
Position: Branch Manager
Direct Reports: FLS Units (8-10)
Function / Department: New Channel
Purpose of Role: Achieving the NB Targets by increase the overall productivity of the branch/unit by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies, and capturing growth opportunities.
1. Team Management:
- Manage a team of 8-10 FLS and oversee their performance.
- Responsible for capacity building at the branch level.
- Lead and guide identified colleagues by providing performance feedback, training, and growth opportunities.
2. Business Growth:
- Life Insurance products sell based on the life cycle needs of customers.
- Script business growth strategies and initiatives.
- Achieve desired activity/productivity revenue targets through the respective FLS team members.

3. Support and Monitoring:
- Monitor day today activities
- Support and monitor low-performing FLS.
- Ensure that subordinates are developed for higher-level roles.
4. Drive the achievement of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue and performance goals.
- Monitor progress towards AOP targets and adjust strategies as needed.
5. Active Field Work:
- Engage in active fieldwork by managing appointments and meeting with customers regularly.
- Lead by example by actively participating in customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide on-the-ground support and guidance to FLS teams during customer meetings.
6. Grooming FLS Teams:
- Mentor and groom FLS teams to enhance their sales skills and performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to develop the capabilities of team members.
- Provide personalized coaching and feedback to FLS team to support their professional growth.
Day to Day Deliverables:
- Ensuring lead generation through digital campaigns
- Daily monitoring of calls/leads generated centrally by HO team or locally by the FLS team.
- Ensure the team updates leads in the LMS system promptly.
- Report daily activity and progress.
- Joint calls with FLS
- Service existing clients and maintain assigned renewals data and persistency targets.
Qualification:
Minimum Graduate.
Minimum 2 years and above experience in insurance sales team handling with an average job stability of 2 years and above.
Negotiation Skills/Communication Skills.
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities at once.
