Position Overview:

As a Press Release Associate, you will be an integral part of our press relations and drafting team. This role requires strong writing skills, an understanding of journalistic principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely and accurate press release distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft compelling and newsworthy press releases that effectively convey our clients’ key messages, achievements, and developments.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights necessary for press release drafting.

Ensure press releases adhere to established guidelines and messaging strategies.

Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information and statistics to enhance press release content.

Utilize journalistic principles to write press releases in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.

Coordinate with media outlets and journalists to distribute press releases and secure coverage.

Monitor media coverage and track the impact of press releases to evaluate effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new concepts and tools.
