Key Responsibili

ties:To look after the complete cycle of the project from client coordination, with various in-house design teams and getting high quality design made to coordination of services from various consultants ensuring the design intent is intact, to preparing high quality construction documents for PMCs or site contrac

tors.It is important for this role to have great coordination skills and in-depth knowledge of the entire project cycle from design to end construc

tion.Project managers will be required to coordinate with MEP and structure consultants, vendors on regular basis and visit sites to ensure proper construction process till hand

over.Lead a team of project architects, assigning tasks efficiently for an accurate and timely completion of construction docu

mentsKnowledgeable in structure coordination, MEP services, detailing drawings and building c

odes.Strong coordination skills with contractors and ven

dors.Expertise with building structures and the entire project lifec

ycle.Ability to create precise technical documents for construction proj

ects.Regular site visits to ensure proper construction on

site.Maintaining proper documentation of all coordin
