ValetEZ’s solutions today power parking spaces across 17 cities in India and abroad. We are focused on digitizing all forms of parking inventory with the goal of enabling users to find parking spaces, lot owners to improve utilization and revenues, and city authorities to reduce congestion and pollution caused by vehicles searching for parking.

About the Role:

ValetEZ is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and informative technical documentation, including presentations, proposals, research reports, and other materials. Your strong visual communication skills will be essential in crafting engaging and user-friendly documents.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a variety of technical documentation, including user guides, white papers, case studies, and training materials.

Conduct thorough research to gather accurate and up-to-date technical information.

Craft compelling technical presentations that effectively communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience.

Design and incorporate visuals (such as ppts, diagrams, screenshots, and infographics) to enhance understanding and user experience.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure technical accuracy and clarity.

Maintain a consistent style guide and document format.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

May assist with the development of online help systems and knowledge bases.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Relevant experience in technical writing.

Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into clear and concise language for a non-technical audience.

Excellent visual communication skills, with proficiency in design tools.

Proven ability to conduct thorough research and gather accurate information.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Familiarity with relevant style guides and documentation standards (e.g., AP Stylebook, Chicago Manual of Style).

Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus.
