We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Manager, Business & Commercial, to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. You will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of our AIML products by leading a team of inside sales representatives and securing high-value deals.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, setting clear goals, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering a high-performance environment.

Develop and implement effective commercial strategies for AIML products, focusing on value-based selling and customer needs identification.

Prospect and qualify leads, conducting needs assessments and identifying potential customers within large conglomerates.

Negotiate and close complex commercial deals, ensuring win-win outcomes for both Adani AI Labs and the customer.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within large conglomerates.

Oversee the sales pipeline and create accurate business forecasts.

Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and implement performance improvement initiatives.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and AIML advancements.

Qualifications:

10-12 years of experience in B2B technology sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of the sales cycle for complex technology solutions.

Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals.

Basic understanding of business processes and decision-making structures within large conglomerates.

Experience in leading and motivating high-performing sales teams.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

A passion for technology and a strong understanding of the potential of AIML solutions.
