Strategy & Policy Intern

About the Role:

As a Strategy & Policy Intern focusing on AVGC-XR (Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, Comics and Extended Reality) sector, you will play a crucial role in identifying colleges and educational institutions offering exemplary courses worldwide related to the sector. Additionally, you will analyze job descriptions (JDs) from various companies to develop competency and skill maps relevant to the gaming industry.

What you will do:

Conduct extensive research to identify colleges and universities offering AVGC-XR related courses, including game design, development, and management.

Identify common trends and emerging skill requirements across different job roles understanding various roles across the industry.

Create competency and skill maps based on the analysis of job descriptions, highlighting key attributes sought by employers in the AVGC-XR sector.

Document findings, insights, and recommendations in detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

What you should have:

MBA from top prestigious business schools such as IIMs or equivalent with a proven academic track record.

Engineering degree with Pre MBA work experience is preferred.

Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize data from multiple sources.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
