Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Reduction of DSO: PAN India and SAARC:

- Rollout targets customer wise as per credit terms agreed.

- Followup with sales team and ensure collections are done as per plan

- Monitor customers with high outstanding and sensitise them about the dues

- Consolidate monthly collections and submit to finance for accounting.

2) Credit terms: PAN India and SAARC:

- Correct the credit limits & credit days set in system

- Quarterly review of credit terms & change if necessary

- Intimate sales person & customer where credit terms are exceeded.

- Block customers where agreed terms are exceeded

- Identify customers with high exposure & drive to get bank guarantees

3) Month end Reconciliation and Closure of books:

- Reconciliation of revenue figures across different platforms

- Taking corrective actions in case of any mismatch

4) Monthly Provision calculation:

- Calculation of monthly provisions as per the Business Plan approved for customers;

- Workout and calculate provisions for specific deals running and incorporate the same.

5) Preparing Monthly Highlight report and circulating to all the stakeholders.

6) Vendor invoices followups and processing of the same:

- Follow up with team for submission of invoices and processing of the same

7) Key Accounts:

- Single point of contact for all the finance related queries for key customers.

- Responsibilty includes sorting out any invoice, credit note issues & following up for payments.

- CN Calculation and processing for KEY Accounts

8) CN Processing:

- Lead role in processing CN for different payouts after verification of Business Plans on monthly basis;

- Processing of CN for complaints raised in system;

9) Payouts Working:

- Workings on Monthly Payouts of Retailer Schemes and documentation of Acknowledgement;

- Preparation of Sales Incentive Calculations on quarterly basis within prescribed time period;

Requirements:

Bcom with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience

Required skills:

Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis

Strong commercial acumen and business understanding

Ability to manage both internal and customer relationships

Team orientated, with strong relationship and interpersonal skills

Advanced negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management abilities

Excellent numeracy skills and Knowledge of Advanced Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
