Senior Product Designer

What You’ll Do

● Design solutions for complex problems, producing sketches and storyboards to visualize ideas.

● Gather and analyze data to define design strategies and drive best practices within the team.

● Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and various Business teams, to deliver delightful customer experiences that add value to both customers and the business.

● Strategize, develop, and extend the Design System and Design Patterns by proposing new and innovative solutions.

● Assist the team in raising the bar, resolving blockers, prioritizing tasks, and breaking down complex projects into simpler tasks to ensure high speed and quality.

● Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.

● Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.

● Stay updated on industry trends and maintain best practices.

● Maintain a strict eye on any substandard delivery by the front-end team to ensure the quality of designs is maintained when transformed into code.

Qualifications / Skills

● Minimum of 6 years of experience in product design roles with product-first companies or B2C startups.

● Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing UI/UX for mobile applications.

● Experience in owning the end-to-end design process for a product and scaling it from 1 to 100. ● Thrives in a fast-paced and agile startup environment.

● Possesses an outstanding portfolio demonstrating in-depth knowledge of user experience, interaction, and visual/user interface design, including case studies showcasing problem-solving skills.

● Understands how design contributes to business objectives.

● Proficient in data analysis, capable of converting raw data into insights to drive valuable changes impacting funnels and business outcomes.

● Skilled in asking the right questions, conducting user research, and understanding user problems deeply.

● Has a good understanding of frontend principles to guide the team from an engineering standpoint.

● Capable of incorporating feedback and providing direction effectively.

● A team player with strong communication and presentation skills
