Intelligence!

Responsibilities: ( 60% People Management and 40% Development)

Tech Stack- Node Js and React Js

Team Handling- 8-10 Members

1. People Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers to achieve

their full potential. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous

improvement.

2. Delivery Ownership: Take ownership of sprint and release cycles, ensuring timely

delivery of high-quality software solutions. Drive efficiency and productivity within the

team.

3. Experience: You should have solid experience, rated 8-10, in roles like Team Lead

(TL) or Engineering Manager (EM). Your expertise in guiding and empowering teams

will be invaluable.

4. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to

understand their needs and priorities. Build strong relationships and ensure

alignment between engineering and business objectives.

5. Hiring and Performance Management: Use your experience as a hiring manager to

attract top talent and build diverse, high-performing teams. Conduct performance

reviews and provide meaningful feedback to support individual growth and

development.

6. Technical Expertise: Possess deep technical expertise in React and Node.js.

Understand the latest trends and best practices in software development, security

operations (Sec Ops), and compliance.

Requirements:

1. B2B Experience: Previous experience working in a B2B environment is highly

desirable. Understanding the unique challenges and requirements of enterprise

clients will be advantageous.
