Job Summary:

VFS Global is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. With a focus on executing digital marketing strategies, this role will contribute to enhancing our online presence and engagement. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, a strong understanding of the digital landscape in India and international markets, and a passion for driving digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Execution: Implement digital marketing campaigns and initiatives as per the digital strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience.

Content Management: Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop engaging digital content for various online channels.

Social media: Support social media marketing efforts by managing and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and contributing to social media growth strategies.

Email Marketing: Execute email marketing campaigns, including creating templates, scheduling sends, and monitoring performance.

Data Analysis: Utilize digital marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights for optimization.

Website Management: Assist in the management of the company website, ensuring content updates and user experience improvements.

SEO and SEM: Contribute to SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and search engine rankings.

Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors' digital marketing strategies to identify opportunities and best practices.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance, presenting findings to the digital marketing team.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, and campaign execution.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proactive and eager to stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
