Responsibilities:
• Will be responsible for End to End recruitment process
• Coordinating and Managing Stakeholders
• Maintaining internal data base of candidates as per their skill sets.
• Sourcing, Searching, identifying candidates using job boards, social media, etc.
• Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analysing responses, verifying references
• Co-ordinates interviews and be hand in end-end process till offer been rolled.
• Responsible for salary negotiations, closing the candidates and till the applicant gets onboarded.
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly report generation
Requirement:
• 5+ years of Experience in Engineering/Semiconductor talent acquisition for US Region
• Must be doing hands on sourcing for on Engineering, Semiconductor and IT requirements.
• Must be well versed with US Visa terms.
• Excellent sourcing skills
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Should be willing to source through different job boards, social media platforms
• Should have worked on Engineering, Semiconductor and IT requirements
