QA Lead Mobile

Job Purpose

You will be working closely with the Engineering/Product leaders in defining the overall QA strategy of the team. This covers day-to-day allocation of work, upward stakeholder management etc. You will be the quality evangelist for the team, driving standard methodology and keeping up to date with the latest testing trends.

What you will be doing here:

Ownership of product/services Quality & Delivery.

Work closely with the PM and designers to deliver high quality features.

Implementing highly scalable, secure, robust, and fault-tolerant systems in a microservices ecosystem.

Working on continuously improving tools and systems.

Work alongside an excellent, cross-functional team across Engineering, Product and Design.

Lead multiple QA projects and team handling.

What you need to have:

8-10 years of solid understanding of the Mobile app testing; android and iOS platform and managed >4 application on play/app strore.

Experience in App Security or performance analysis.

Experience in Charles Proxy, Appium, Browser stack.

Experience with Mobile CI pipeline setup.

Hands-on with Debugging skills (Android logs, Kibana analysis etc).

Experience with API testing using Postman.

Experience in test planning, test design, test strategy, and test execution.

Strong coding skills in Java.

API level testing – Solid Knowledge of the API functioning both via manual and automation.

Strong Stakeholder management.

Define the Strategy, Plan, Implement and Execute.

Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.

Experience with team handling.
