Product Manager - Credit Card

Airtel Axis Bank credit card is India's first telecom cobranded credit card, and a leading card in the space. It was launched in Mar'21 with the intent to reward and increase the stickiness of Airtel loyal & high-value customers. It offers industry best 25% cashback on Airtel recharges and bill payments, and up to 10% cashback on other bills and payments.

Responsibilities

Any graduate degree (post-graduation or MBA is a plus). Engineers preferred.

2+ years of experience in building and taking consumer-facing products (apps/web) to market

Minimum 2 years of leading consumer applications in the B2C space at scale in Financial Service domain with Credit Cards Product.

Minimum 2 years of leading digital Financial Services product teams

Develop and execute the product roadmap for the cobranded credit card and cards marketplace, aligning with the company's overall strategy and goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and finance, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products on time.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.

Work closely with partners to manage the cobranding relationship, negotiate terms, and drive mutual growth and success.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the credit card products and drive continuous improvement.

Act as a subject matter expert on credit card products, staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
