Senior Associate

The ideal candidate will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across various projects to optimize company growth and business. You will manipulate datasets, create financial models, and summarize findings in a succinct manner for client's usage.

Responsibilities

Assisting in deal negotiations, due diligence, and documentation process

Researching different sectors and developing an investment thesis for both mandated clients and pitches

Preparation of information memorandums, excel financial models, and pitch decks.

Front-ending client & investor relationships along with the team leader.

Qualifications

CA and/or tier 1 MBA

Freshers with exceptional educational qualifications may also apply (eg. CA / MBA rankers)

Preferred experience range – 3-6 years

Prior Experience: IB front end/ big4 DD/ Equity research/ Private equity. Only relevant experience applicants are encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication skills

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
