Hands on Experience in Switching and Routing
Hands on experience on cisco switches, routers.
Hands on experience on SDWAN – Velocloud
Good troubleshooting skills on Cisco Meraki LAN, WiFi, Access-Points.
Strong troubleshooting experience of firewalls such as Fortinet, Palo Alto Firewall, Checkpoint, Cisco Meraki Firewall.
Troubleshoot complex LAN & WAN issues.
Creation of Root Cause analysis (RCA)
MPLS & VPN Links (especially IPSEC LAN, LAN VPNs)
Responsible for documentation of customer network and updating internal knowledge database
Total Experience Expected: 06 – 08 Years
Job Description (F5 Load Balancers with CISCO ISE):
Experience on F5 Load balancers and WAF.
Good troubleshooting skills on remote VPN Checkpoint.
Troubleshoot complex LAN & WAN issues.
Hands on experience on Cisco ISE management
Troubleshoot and resolve complex WAN issues in coordination with carriers & suppliers
Responsible for improving performance for the customer network, devices and services
Maintaining internal and customer communication during the ticket resolution
Execute project tasks, including but not limited to gathering customer technical requirement, configuring router, switches, firewalls and other associated network devices if any.
