Public Relations Manager

Position Overview:

As the Manager of Public Relations, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication initiatives to enhance the reputation and visibility of the Client within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to craft compelling narratives, manage media relations, and drive brand awareness across various channels. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to support business objectives and enhance brand image.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive coverage and thought leadership opportunities.

- Create engaging press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to effectively communicate key messages and company updates.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and corporate communications, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.

- Monitor media coverage and industry trends, and provide timely insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Serve as a spokesperson for the company, representing [Company Name] at industry events, conferences, and media interviews.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.

- 5-10 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR campaigns that drive brand awareness and support business objectives.

- Strong media relations skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
