About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. You will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational growth, and fostering a positive work culture. The ideal candidate should have a strong HR background, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work strategically to support the company's growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives and drive high- performance culture.

Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and career development.

Lead employee engagement initiatives and create programs to enhance employee motivation and satisfaction.

Oversee the implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Handle complex HR issues and facilitate conflict resolution between employees and management.

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Conduct regular HR data analysis to identify trends, provide insights, and make data-driven decisions. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment.

Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to recommend improvements and innovative solutions.

What You'll Need:

>8 years of experience in a business management or executive role.

Highly energetic, smart and commercial savvy.

Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.

Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Versatile abilities and extreme dedication.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree from any premier institution.

MBA from a premier Business School
