Responsibilities:

Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for Google and Meta ads platforms.

Configure and optimize Conversions tracking, Meta pixel, and GA4 to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.

Monitor campaign performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.

Demonstrate proficiency in managing shopping ads and product listing ads to maximize ROI.

Generate innovative strategies for testing and optimizing content, creatives, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.

Collaborate closely with the design and technical teams to execute marketing initiatives effectively.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid ads campaigns on Meta (Facebook) and Google platforms.

Previous experience working in an agency setting is preferred.

Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from 5 to 8 LPA (depending on experience and qualifications).

Joining: Immediate joining required, within 15 days of offer acceptance.
