Sr. Software Engineer/ Architect – Supply chain solver

About the role...

In this role, we are looking for world-class developers who can contribute innovatively towards building o9’s next-gen business planning platform! We are on the hunt for applicants who are passionate about what they do, possess hands on experience in design and development and can thrive in an agile environment. A team player who is up for challenges and creativity would form an ideal candidate.

What you’ll do for us…

• Agile software development, test case development and customer issue analysis

• Incumbent will work on agile and challenging development activities for various platform components

• Apply design principles and write world class code in accordance with established guidelines

• Participate in complete software development life cycle from design to deployment of the product

• Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly, working across all levels of product as needed

• Work with product management and project teams to understand business requirements

• Ensure six sigma level quality – Participate and conduct appropriate testing, both at a unit level and a regression testing level

• Prepare primary documentation that helps QA team to test the product features developed

What you’ll have...

• Experience: 7+ Years experience in enterprise software product companies

• Experience in supply chain management

• Hands-on experience in data structures and algorithms

• Prior experience on development of S&OP application

• Education: 4 year degree in Computer Science and Engineering

• Skills: Adept at C++ or C#, Java

• Experience in Microsoft Visual Studio

• Exposure to AI / Big data / Analytics will be a bonus.

You’ll be contacted by our recruiter, who’ll fill you in on all things o9, give you some background about the role and get to know you. They’ll contact you either via video call or phone call - whatever you prefer.

During the interview phase, you will meet with our technical team for 1 - 1.5 hours each(2/ 3 rounds). The recruiter will contact you after the interview to let you know if we’d like to progress your application.

We’ll then invite you to complete a written assignment via email.

Your application has progressed! Meet with our Hiring and HR Manager for a final round of interviews for 60 minutes, respectively.
