JOB PROFILE

Key Result Areas:

1. Achieving Top line (Desired Sales) for B2C (Retail - EHSS) & Regional ROCE Plan

2. Working Capital Management (Stocks and Outstanding)

3. Market Mapping, Market Development, Channel Development and Expansion

4. Team Management

Job Description:

The incumbent would be responsible for the following:

1. Achieving Top line (Desired Sales) at target realization for B2C (Retail - EHSS) and Regional ROCE (Return on Capital Employed)

2. Forecasting business plan (top line and channel reach) market wise

3. Ensuring Working capital management (Stocks and Outstanding)

4. Ensuring liquidity of ageing inventory, Control and manage Damage stock

5. Achieving reach objectives by Appointment and Development of Distribution network (distributors, dealers and retailers)

6. Achieving and maintaining Market share and Good will in the market, sharing of market information with Head Office marketing

7. Defending brand identity by maintaining commercial discipline in sales and service

8. Working on New Channel initiatives - Establishing and managing presence across CCTV markets on the territory and ensuring visibility across counters.

9. Developing Club counters (Titanium, Platinum, Gold and Silver) in market - Managing Distributors sales representatives effectively to achieve regular secondary and tertiary sales, appoint new counters and maintain display hygiene

10. Developing sales team for professional development to achieve organizational objectives
