Senior Executive Assistant Manager - Projects( Electrical), Dahej

We are looking for a Senior Executive - Electrical(Projects) who will be responsible for activities of the project function of our Site at Dahej.

Job Location - Dahej,Bharuch

Qualification: - BE BTech (Electrical Engineering)

Experience:- 06 to 10 years

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Timely execute different phases of allocated projects with respect to cost, quality and time matrix,

Prepare project execution plan as part of project team, Construct MIS for progress of projects as per requirement

Complete all project activities as per bar chart / project schedule

Read and Review documents / drawings received from the consultant / vendors.

Responsible for purchase process (floating enquiries, PR/SR creation, PO/SO creation) in SAP system or outside of SAP as per approved practices

Plan and maintain optimum inventory levels for materials to ensure no delay of jobs due to spare unavailability

Responsible for quality inspection of all Electrical before preparing of GRN

Conduct off site quality inspection of key Electrical devices or systems (FAT)

Supervise during the execution & installation (as per the installation guidelines) of Electrical devices & systems

Supervise and execute the successful commissioning & water trails along with the project team

Contribute & review the equipment standard documents & guidelines

Ensure that the equipment standards and guidelines are followed during project

Review & escalate the Electrical contract manpower needs, scopes etc.
