Ltd. is an ISO 9001-2015 rated company, located in Thane, that specializes in manufacturing, exporting, integrating, and distributing various gas and flame monitoring systems and portable gas leak detectors. The company is also a distributor of e2S (warning signal manufacturing) and Heat Sensing cables (LGM, UK).

Role Description

The Sr Sales Engineer is a full-time on-site role located in Thane. The job duties include managing and incentivizing the Sales team, driving sales, generating leads, developing relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sr Sales Engineer will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor activity, and providing feedback to the Management team.

Qualifications

Sales Management, Lead generation, and Relationship building skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to motivate, train, and manage a team

Ability to analyze market trends and provide valuable insights

Good understanding of gas detection systems and technologies is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience
