Job Description:

You will lead the organization's efforts to monitor, manage, and enhance its digital reputation across various online platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to build positive perceptions, mitigate negative feedback, and protect the organization's brand integrity in the digital sphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic vision for digital reputation management, aligning efforts with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

Build and lead a team of digital reputation management professionals, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure the team's success in achieving key performance indicators.

Monitor and analyze online conversations, reviews, ratings, and mentions across digital platforms, including social media, review sites, forums, and blogs, to assess the organization's digital reputation.

Develop proactive strategies to enhance the organization's digital presence, including optimizing social media profiles for brands and senior executives, creating engaging content, and cultivating positive relationships with online influencers and stakeholders.

Implement reactive strategies to address negative feedback, reviews, or comments in a timely and effective manner, working closely with internal teams, such as customer service, public relations, and legal, to resolve issues and mitigate reputational risks.

Oversee the management of online review platforms and listings, including claiming and optimizing profiles, responding to reviews, and implementing strategies to solicit positive feedback from satisfied .

Collaborate with marketing, corporate communication, customer service and brand management teams to integrate digital reputation management efforts with broader initiatives and campaigns.

Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital reputation management, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

Conduct regular assessments and audits of the organization's digital reputation, tracking key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and tactics.

Serve as a key spokesperson and advocate for the organization's brand online, representing its values, mission, and commitment to excellence in all digital interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, digital media, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, corporate communication, digital reputation management, or related roles, with a minimum of [5] years of leadership experience.

Strong understanding of digital platforms, tools, and technologies, including social media monitoring tools, search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, and online review platforms.

Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and persuasive messages for various digital channels and audiences.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret key metrics and insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges in the digital landscape and develop innovative solutions.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and delegate responsibilities effectively.

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to digital marketing, online reputation management, and data privacy.
