Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth from North America region. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of success in sales and business development.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential business opportunities, including new markets, industry trends, and customer needs.

Develop and implement strategic plans to attract and retain clients, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals to meet client needs.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business development strategies.

Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts.

Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.

Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.

Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.

Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Willingness to travel as needed.
