JD:- Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of IT programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear expectations and accountability.

Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.

Drive decision-making and problem-solving processes to overcome project challenges.

Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards.

Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

Manage vendor relationships and third-party resources as needed.

Ability to manage financials and project plans

Understanding of Agile methodologies and an ability to apply these in Practice.

A solid understanding in project management methodologies, tools and processes across the project lifecycle, in particular the Project Management Body of Knowledge

Advanced and confident communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior business and technology management

Influencing and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
