Job Title: Corporate Brand Manager

Reports to: General Manager, Corproate Communications

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Brand Manager to develop and execute strategies to grow our global brand presence. The Corporate Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating our brand story to the market, driving customer engagement, and fostering brand loyalty.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, technical expertise, and hands-on execution to drive successful branding initiatives that include messaging and positioning, visual modernization, research, and collaboration with teams across the organization. Experience working within high-growth, agile marketing organizations is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive global brand growth strategy and execute (vision, mission, values, positioning, architecture, etc.) across all public-facing channels.

Execute a brand audit in collaboration with our internal marketing team and external partners, to understand industry and customer trends, and translate findings into actionable brand strategies.

Conduct thorough audience and market research, and demographic analysis to understand the preferences, needs, and behaviors of our target customers.

Build brand architecture and evolve messaging to elevate awareness and preference, influence desired customer behaviors, and grow our business.

Create a strong and cohesive brand identity through a clear articulation of the brand’s unique value proposition.

Develop brand guidelines and a messaging framework to drive a consistent identity across all channels, and physical and digital touchpoints. Provide guidance and training to employees to ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines.

Work with division leadership, business development and division marketing managers to deliver communications and campaigns in an integrated manner to the market, ensuring consistent brand representation.

Contribute to strategic planning by identifying opportunities for differentiation and staying head of market trends.

Manage brand measurement, establishing KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies and campaigns, and translate findings into actionable strategy.

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our brand remains innovative and relevant in the market.

Competencies & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of experience growing B2B brands through the full brand lifecycle: positioning, frameworks, key messaging, brand analysis, preferably in the professional services, technology, or finance & accounting space.

Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful global B2B brand marketing strategies and campaigns; able to Think-Plan-Do (from creating briefs to planning and scheduling and executing the work, in collaboration with writers and designers)

Strong storytelling skills including high proficiency in deck/presentation creation and distilling complex narratives into simple, digestible information.

Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and the experience to differentiate brands in competitive environments.

Extensive experience collaborating successfully with creative, digital, and product teams internally and externally, as well as agency and vendor management, including the ability to work across and up and down different levels of the organization.

Writing, editing, and content marketing experience for a B2B brand.

Experience working within digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and PR best practices.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
