Purpose of the position
The CFO will manage all financial matters across Socomec's commercial and factory entities in the Greater India region. You will play a pivotal role in decision-making processes, risk control, providing crucial financial insights to support strategic planning and operational decisions.

Responsibilities
Manage all accounting, tax and finance functions including planning, budgeting, project evaluation, investments and audit
Lead the team to ensure all financial reports are produced in a timely and accurate manner
Define and streamline operational processes to produce all financial reports with high level of accuracy and quality
Collaborate closely with internal teams on projects including ERP upgrades/improvement etc.
Implement regular reviews and forecasts on costs, expenses, working capital, investments, credit risk, project evaluation, profitability analysis etc.
Partner with global Finance teams for all financial reporting matters
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting and/or equivalent
Chartered Accountant qualification is required
At least 18 years’ of experience with financial, tax and regulatory reporting in a MNC environment
Proven experience in team leadership responsibilities and working across different cultures
Results oriented, takes ownership and able to work independently
Well versed in financial regulations within both commercial and manufacturing environment is an advantage
