You Are:

A storyteller who loves to collaborate with creatives and strategists to bring a digital voice to life. You also know the ins and outs of site copy, banner ads, direct e-mails, interactive scripts, and other online marketing. Our specialisation lies in writing books (yes, books), so please apply if you're addicted to reading, storytelling and writing. Art and romantics should fascinate you, as should logic and subject.

You Will:

Conduct intense first and second-hand research to understand the brand's perspective. Rigorous interviewing is a casual monday in TUS. You will have to speak to clients and bother them with your questions on a daily.

Do concept development.

Partner with designers, art directors, and creative directors to bring concepts to life.

Work closely with art directors and designers to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual tone and style.

Participate in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative execution.

Work on multiple projects simultaneously.

You Are Someone Who Has:

Good hands-on experience in copywriting. To write short and long form copy, scripts, etc.

Who understands the importance of brand & creative strategy and delivers output that is both creative and effective.

Someone who is aware of relevant trending topics and news to identify content opportunities.

Someone equipped to think for video, content, editorial or digital.

All Forms Of Digital Content Includes:

Website copy: landing pages, SEO metas, blogs

Email copy: newsletters, email series (support our Email Marketer)

Social copy: social media posts, social Ad copy

Pay Per Click Ad copy: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. (support our marketers)

Long form content writing for Books and Movies

Do not apply if you're not good at creative storytelling, or if numbers/technical content intimidates you.

Should have exemplary debating skills- posing an argument backed by data and facts is necessary. All research material will be provided- the writers should have the capacity to spin the story in a manner that is irrefutable.

English, tone and grammar should be more than perfect

Should understand basic design and art aesthetics to help the story flow along with the designs of the advertisements.

Everything we write is backed by facts and data- candidates should know how to dig anything out from Google.

Sample assignment will be required. Do not apply if not open to the test.

Most of our content goes in print media, should be used to rejection, and should take criticism well.

- It is an on-site job, not hiring WFH anymore.

- CTC is INR 3-6 LPA (depending upon experience, samples, test assignment results and portfolio)
