Role: Talent Acquisition Executive
Experience: 1-4 years

Location: Pune
Education: Any graduate (preferred from an IT background) having strong skills in IT hiring.
Communication preferred: Excellent.
Traveling flexibility: 20% traveling in this job (visit to client/project locations occasionally)
What we are looking for:
Must have experience in IT Recruitment
Effectively use a variety of sourcing channels to build a candidate pipeline including the direct applicant, referral, and direct sourcing of passive candidates.
Resourceful at maintaining business relationships with clients and candidates to achieve quality service by speeding up recruitment and reducing TAT
Must have excellent sourcing skills
Should be aware about Salary Structure and able to negotiate well for better cost optimization
Should be very much flexible and open for activities when there is high demand
What you will be doing:
Collaborates with hiring managers/Management/ requestor to understand the needs and roles to be filled, reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
Drafts recruitment advertisements posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.
Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
Connects qualified candidates with technical team for L1,L2 and final discussion
Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
Provides advice to manager regarding salary negotiations with final candidates.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
