Key Areas of Responsibilities (KARs)

primary and secondary sales numbers across categories within the zone in coordination with team members; Analyse the same to drive growth

identified brand and trade marketing interventions in their territories u Partner with distributors in the territory to ensure accomplishment of overall revenue profit targets in the assigned region.

the existing processes to enhance efficiencies while minimizing operational time / costs; exploring new markets, establishing retail & distribution networks for improving turnovers & achieving desired goals.

the need for network expansion based upon the present and future scope of business u Plan and monitor network expansion Appointment & Activation

Develop and maintain effective relationships with key distributors / agents in the territory driving their ROI through organization’s schemes etc.

Ensure effective collections and monitor credit levels for a distributor ensuring adherence to internal sales processes

alliances, tie-ups with financially strong and reliable distributors & dealers, resulting in deeper market penetration & reach.

with distributors to improve and develop business relationships, in-addition to maintaining constant follow-up on their feedback.

to CAPEX and OPEX budgets

Oversee commercial and legal matters

External and internal audit compliance

financial discipline by adhering to earmarked budgets u Compliance to government statutory requirements and company policies

success of all critical corporate interventions in their zone e.g. new brand launch.

effective team management through effective target setting and incentivization, managing attrition and engagement levels etc.

of sales team

regular reviews, impart guidance and take corrective measures, if required u Identify training needs for the field team

Motivate the sales team.

latest marketing trends and tracking competitor’s activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning of sales & marketing strategies
