Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and own product roadmap
Developing new product features and product strategies leveraging the data available in-house (GA4, campaign management tools)
Deep understanding of competition products/features in BFSI space; Collecting quantitative data through market research to arrive at best practices/product features
Should have good sense of UI/UX and can identify user pain points
Defining user stories/BRDs, acting as a bridge between the business teams & product team; Act as primary liaison between multiple teams to achieve the product vision keeping customer centricity alive
Accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product – Enable execution of the entire product lifecycle management from feature conceptualization through launch and beyond (driving adoption, ideating enhancements, etc.)
Requirements:
Degree, preferably in tech discipline
Years of professional experience in managing customer centric products
have knowledge of Google suite GTM & GA4 (Mandatory), Big Query, Google cloud
Knowledge of PM tools like, Microsoft Project, Jira, Backlog, PMO tools etc (Any 1 – MUST)
of BFSI space
To ideate, conceptualise, manage & prioritise the tasks
Effectively with internal & cross-functional teams
