Job Responsibilities:
• Achieving and exceeding business goals and targets.
• Responsible for portfolio performance of the location
• Create a unique customer experience by disbursing the loan in the fastest manner and achieving targets and an end-to-end TAT.
• Responsible for the portfolio performance of the location and sourcing done by team.
• This is a team management role.
• The incumbent plays an important role in managing a team and his designated region for all products and all metrics for these products.
• Responsible for sales and distribution management of multiple online products sales like personal loans, business loans, professional loans, and personal loans cross sell.
• Generate business avenues from leads generated and achieve self-sourcing targets
• Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing strategic plans to steer profitability and productivity of the zone.
Qualifications / Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in loan sales, demonstrating leadership skills in managing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, excellent communication, and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of fintech trends is advantageous.
