Cost Controller Finance

Analyze the variation of the average man hour cost tracking the drivers behind the variations in order to proper forecast the future changes;

prepare budget and revised budget mainly focalized on man hour cost, man hour rates and revenues for sales of intercompany services in order to comply with transfer price agreement/regulations;

during budgeting process analyze the workload provided by the project control and match with the internal work force available in order to determine a proper man hour rate;

review and run the monthly allocation cycles in SAP and update them time to time in order to be aligned to the changes in the structure and with the new requitement/instruction received from the Group;

compare the actual data with the budgeted one in order to understand the reason of deviations if any and therefore improve the budget preparation for the next forecast processes;

KPI analysis and monitoring company performance;

prepare deliverables and analysis required by the group for the quarterly closure and time to time on specific matters;

prepare analysis at least on quarterly basis for Board presentation of the actual data and forecast with the reason of the deviations;

supporting the head of department in all other activities related to WIP computation and EPC project analysis;

open in the SAP system the new projects and cost centers maintaining and monitoring the structure of the cost center for the different divisions/offices;

Good knowledge of advance Excel & Power point;

Qualification

BCom / MCom / MBA in Finance
