Responsibilities:

Prepare fresh, high-quality pizza according to established recipes and procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and assigned areas in adherence to health and safety standards.

Provide friendly and efficient customer service by greeting and serving customers at the front counter.

Expertly handle pizzas, pulling them from the oven and skillfully cutting and boxing them as per customer orders.

Ability to lift and move up to 55 lbs for various tasks within the restaurant.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Follow food safety protocols for handling, storing, and disposing of food items.

Assist with additional duties such as ingredient preparation, equipment cleaning, and inventory management.

Qualifications:

1 to 3-plus years of experience in efficient handling of food preparation, cooking, and assembly.

Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a quick service restaurant setting.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in food preparation, portioning, and presentation

Strong multitasking skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of our restaurant

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
