Our client is in need of a Customer Service Rep / Dispatcher experienced in using Excel.

Essential skills and experience:

Scheduling jobs for technicians and verifying that they have the parts and equipment to do the job

Must be very proficient with Excel

Strong customer service skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong organization skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Able to manage multiple priorities at one time

Very proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
