System Administrator

Semper Home Loans, a RI mortgage lender, is currently seeking a part-time System Administrator. The System Administrator will help manage all network and administrative technology systems and support the integration of new technologies. Responsible for maintenance and support of all network infrastructure, both wired and wireless. The System Administrator will report directly to the CIO and collaborate with other System Administrators.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Support and maintain the following:

Network Servers: Microsoft Server

Network Systems: Active Directory (Azure Hybrid)

Network Security: Ubiquiti Stack

Network Clients: Windows, Mac

Network Printers: Canon copiers

Manage, monitor, and maintain network

Plan & perform upgrades and/or repairs of existing desktop, laptop, server, and network hardware

Keep all constituents informed of any planned outages or service interruptions

Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on the network, phone, and computer systems

Respond to trouble tickets assigned by the Help Desk

Other Related Requirements:

Formal College Degree or equivalent career experience.

Encompass360 Loan Origination System (A Plus!)

Office365 Enterprise Experience preferred

Ability to analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action.

Ability to articulate technical information to non-technical audiences.

Ability to interact with users in a professional, cooperative, and courteous manner.
