Your Role

The Network Administrator is responsible for providing mid-to high tiered support for the network and computer environments for Attindas NA. Under general supervision, the primary responsibility is to provide support of the network and computer environments. The Network Administrator manages and executes assigned projects for NA locations. This position provides technical software, hardware, and network support management services. The Network Administrator works closely with other IT team members as well as business partners. The Network Administrator collaborates closely with IT Leaders to develop, implement, and support IT policies and procedures for Attindas NA.

Experience/Skills Required

Manage and execute IT projects and initiatives (including initiation, planning, product selection, execution, monitoring & control, and closure)

Perform and/or help support Tier II and above (intermediate-to-advanced) hardware break-fix services on PCs, Laptops, Network Printers, Servers, Network Switches, UPS equipment, etc.

Coordinate infrastructure work with vendors

Utilize Ticketing Tools, SCCM & Active Directory, IPAM, OKTA, to resolve Incidents / Tickets in line with service levels / expectations

Perform and/or help support intermediate-to-advanced IMAC (installs, moves, adds, changes) services: hardware roll-outs, refreshes, and other hardware deployment related activities on PCs, Laptops, Printers, Wireless Handhelds, Network Switches, mobile phones, video conferencing, audio/visual equipment, etc.

Perform intermediate-to-advanced support services installing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks; perform preventive maintenance activities

Collaborate with IT teams to build and maintain systems documentation, including Active Directory, network diagrams. etc.

Complete periodic audits to ensure local networks are secure / free of rogue access points, etc.

Build, manage, and maintain IT Technical Capital Initiatives working within Attindas directives for such expenditures; including obtaining appropriation request approvals, managing capital project budget, purchasing, and spending approvals.

Perform support activities including back-ups, patch installs, incident resolution, account maintenance, etc.

Make recommendations for break-fix solutions / repair or rebuild systems to appropriate specifications

Provide assistance and guidance to other Business / IT teams as required

Ensure hardware assets are up to date in Asset Management System – inventory to ensure 100 % accuracy

Make recommendations for improvement to efficiency, reliability, and processes

Associates degree in Information Technology or related field with Microsoft and Cisco certifications and 10 years IT experience.

Preferred Qualifications, Professional Experiences

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field with Microsoft and Cisco certifications and 5 years IT experience.
