Job
Full time in-office work with some local travel for customer contact and job site coordination.
Project Administration and Management for light industrial construction.
Property Management for vacant properties and during tenant transition.
Participate in preparation of Scope of Work and send out to subs for quotations.
Track due dates on subcontract quotes
Assemble and summarize sub-contract quotes on Excel worksheets.
Receive inquiries and sales calls, participate in selling our services.
Prepare Invoices and Progress Invoices using multi-layer Excel worksheet.
Some local customer meetings for construction sales tenant transitions.
Have dependable vehicle and willing to travel to buildings and properties around Houston area, IRS allowed mileage reimbursement.
Experience
8-10 years of experience in light industrial construction (no plant work)
Familiar with PEMB products and details
Understand the basics of sitework, building foundations, concrete paving, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and build-out and how they integrate in a project
Have knowledge of construction cost accounting and use of account codes to record Job Costs. (QuickBooks)
Basic AutoCAD LT experience beneficial.
