Lawn & Shrub Care Service Technician

Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Manage day to day operations of a lawn & shrub care route for commercial and residential accounts

· Follow a daily route ensuring timely arrival at each scheduled stop while managing routine monthly route of customers

· Apply fertilizers and pesticides at residential and commercial accounts in the proper manner following safety procedures, SDS and label instructions

· Diagnose insect, disease, and weed issues on customer’s lawns

· Discuss scope of services provided to customer, answer customers questions on service

· Fill out and turn in legible, accurate and concise service tickets

· Call customers to confirm call ahead appointments

· Be responsible for managing a clean vehicle, equipment and uniform

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Minimum 1 year lawn & shrub care route based experience

· Valid Driver’s License

· Mandatory drug screening and background check

· Highly motivated individual

· Desire to work on a team

· Good communication skills

· Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times as outlined

· Work well independently

SALARY:

$41,600 - $57,200 / year plus commission
