Job Description
We are a growing personal injury law firm looking for a Spanish speaking legal assistant/case manager to join us in our Greenville, SC office. We are looking for a team player who is organized and detail-oriented. This is a full-time position (8:30 - 5:30), please do not apply if you are not available for full time work. It is also an in-office position, it is not remote. If you are not fluent in Spanish, please apply another time when we are not requiring Spanish fluency. A cover letter with your resume is encouraged but not required.

Legal Assistant/Case Manager Job Description
Job Requirements
Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and demonstrate acute attention to detail. Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills are essential. Must be a positive team player. Previous Personal Injury Case Manager experience is a plus but not required. Spanish fluency is also a plus. This position requires a significant amount of time talking to people on the phone and taking good notes.
Job Duties
Handle pre-suit personal injury claims from inception to settlement, which involves extensive contact with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
Field and handle phone calls from new and existing clients
Follow up with potential new clients
Open new files and keep filing current
Draft documents and correspondence
Communicate with current clients and provide case status updates
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Assist with various marketing initiatives for the firm
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's degree
Fluency in Spanish
Starting pay is $18/hr - $25/hr depending on experience. Significant raises have been given to case managers who have performed at an excellent level for the firm.
