Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Perform accounting and clerical functions to support the dealerships & accounting teams * Research, track, and resolve accounting discrepancies * Post credit card, cash, and check payments * Breakdown deal folders and file * Perform final scan after TTL paperwork has been processed * File deals after scanning and TTL has been completed * Perform monthly internal accounting audits as assigned by the Office Manager * Report used vehicle sales to the manufacturer * Assist with posting manufacturer statements * Reconcile assigned schedules * Assist with following up on receivables * Other tasks assigned as needed Qualifications: * Professional appearance and demeanor at all times * Punctuality in reporting to work * Strong work ethic * Strong organizational skills * Great verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work effectively as a team member * Ability to work independently without direct supervision * Ability to adapt to build rapport while maintaining a strong sense of professionalism * Great time management capabilities * Flexibility/adaptability Compensation: * $20 per hour Hours: * This is a full-time position with a fairly flexible schedule.

* Monday thru Friday within our 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM hours.

This will be 40 hours a week.
