Local: Bogotá

Purpose: Provide input to and lead implementation of accounting programs and policies to manage or perform work in general financial accounting activities of the organization

Responsabilities:

· Drive continuous improvements with regards to accounting processes to achieve a best-in-class finance function and bolster service levels, high level of business oriented.

· Provide input to and lead implementation of accounting programs and policies to manage or perform work in general financial accounting activities of the organization.

· Research and evaluate financial accounting reports/schedules for internal audiences (management reporting) and for external audiences (compliance and audit reporting)

· Prepare plans and policies to ensure that financial accounting practices are compliant with both internal and external financial policies, standards, and legal requirements.

· Understand and analyze control/reconciliation of accounts and records.

· Prioritize and coordinate implementation of financial transaction recording standards and automation.

· Coordinate key financial activities linked to cost accounting/taxes/budgeting.

Requiriments:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

Language: Advanced English

Experiencia: Solid experience in Accounting area and team management.
