Role skills-
Perform on site client location installations of NBS Proprietary Software
· Build and Release coordinator
· Build and Release NBS Software Products using the current Install Shield Product
· Work with Developers to determine builds, software version and release methods
· Give on site NBS software training sessions to new and current clients
· Support NBS and Dealer sales force via email, phone and on site pre sales meetings
· 1st and 2nd level Technical support for all NBS software clients via phone, email and on site visit
· Track service requests and deliver timely support
· Setup Client systems in home office and prepare for shipping
· Work with developers on bug replication and enhancement testing.
· Gather requirements for projects
· Schedule visits and installation with end client
· Document service procedures and technical support procedures
· Testing duties for NBS Core products
· Testing and final release of scripting products
· Manage, track and distribute NBS software Licenses
· Build and Distribute NBS software installs on DVD and FTP.
· Up to 50% global travel, with short notice
· High level of self discipline, work ethics and a fast customer response attitude
