The Bilingual Recruiter (Water Tech Coordinator) position involves collaborating closely with the CEO to understand the company’s goals. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, managing administrative tasks, and actively recruiting labor beyond the office. The recruiter must be willing to travel, have reliable transportation, and supervise labor on job sites when needed. Technical knowledge of restoration and construction processes is essential for evaluating candidates effectively.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a recruiter, with a preference for bilingual recruiting.

• Strong written and verbal fluency in the required languages.

• Familiarity with recruitment databases, HRIS, ATS, and candidate sourcing tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Field recruitment and travel

• Willingness to travel for recruitment and job assignment purposes

• Reliable transportation

• Understanding of restoration and construction processes

• High School Diploma/ GED

Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with Recruiter Manager

• Understand the company’s strategic goals and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

• Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

• Source candidates through various channels

• On-site training and supervision of labor (when needed)

Onboarding:

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

• Ensure a smooth transition by providing necessary information and resources.

• Assist with paperwork, orientation, and cultural integration.

• Administrative tasks

• Manage candidate data using Microsoft Office tools.

• Create reports and communicate effectively.

• Field recruitment and on-site support:

• Actively recruit labor beyond office boundaries.

• Attend job fairs, networking events, and conferences.

• Visit job sites when necessary.

• Supervise labor, ensuring safety compliance and work quality.

Experience:

• Previous Recruiter Experience: (1+ years preferred)

• Language Fluency: (English & Spanish)

• Management: (1+ years preferred)

• Adaptability
