Job Description

Bliss & Belle is a women’s boutique in Chicago, IL in the Lincoln Park neighborhood selling apparel, accessories, and gifts, therefore seeking someone who is fashion forward and sales driven!

The successful candidate will be professional in both appearance and demeanor, as well as friendly and energetic. Excellent communication skills as well as fluent in conversational English. Organized and capable of multitasking, while remaining calm and focused. Must be proficient with standard computer applications (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point). Additionally, the successful candidate will lead by example through motivation, support, and communication with the ultimate goal of providing an exceptional experience for our customers and a profit positive business.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

· Maintain a fun and friendly personality to engage our customers and promote a comfortable shopping experience

· Educate customers about our line of apparel and accessories and what is currently trending

· Ability to form and maintain customer relationships

· Support store culture of team selling and team goals

· Ability to train, develop, and lead a team of sales associates while also selling on the floor

· Create and uphold a positive work environment

· Strong multi-tasking skills

· Oversee store operations, including, but not limited to maintaining stock (organization, replenishment, and inventory control) and store cleanliness and general housekeeping

· Assist in marketing, creating content, and posting to social media

· Responsible for scheduling work shifts

· Attend Local buying trade shows and assist with choosing merchandise for the store

· Supervise team of retail sales workers

· Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency

· Train and evaluate employees

· Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting

· Resolve escalated customer complaintsCompany Description
